The great Pierpont Morgan : typescript, 1957.

Consists of a typescript memoir with autograph annotations detailing the author's first introduction to and subsequent relationship with J. Pierpont Morgan. Memoir includes mention of the author's family connections to the Morgans and the assistance he received from J. Pierpont Morgan to reorganize the Phenix National Bank in New York. The typescript is accompanied by two typewritten letters, one from Warner in Winter Park, Florida to the Morgan family in New York, and the other from F.B. Adams, former director of the Morgan Library, thanking Warner for the memoir.
